We are an organisation based in Frankston that specialises in matching people to quality share house accommodation. Generally, our houses are located within 5 to 10 minute walk to Frankston shops and train station.

As the affordability of housing diminishes in Melbourne, more people are opting for share house living. And an advantage of our service is that all utilities bills are covered in the rent.

Tenants are provided with a clean, fully furnished room; TV, furniture (i.e., bed, wardrobe, television) and linen (i.e., blanket, pillow, quilt, towel). Our kitchens are complete with all the necessities. Our share houses comply with Local, State and National building and safety regulations. Approved hard wired smoke detectors including sprinkler systems, where necessary, have been installed and all houses are certified with Class 1B occupancy permits and council health approval.

All rooms are fitted with locks to ensure privacy, safety and security. All houses have ample parking and are located within close proximity to shops and public transport.

We endeavour to promote a safe and happy environment for all tenants. Illicit drug use will not be tolerated on the premises.

  1. I live next door to one of your so called shared houses... Complys with government standards is an absolute crock... If I had found this website earlier... You would I hear alot worse from me... Thankfully we are moving away... The ppl that live in this particular house could be called nothing more than filthy drug affected humans... They have parties.. At present I can smell their marihuana and hear them yelling and smashing bottles... There is graffiti, rubbish... All it is is a house to take drugs in and party... It is disgusting... They have a dog there now which is never kept enclosed nor obeys anyone's commands... It makes everyone who lives around them uncomfortable... They steal and are untrustworthy!!

    1. Ambulances frequent the property also... I'm sure all you are really interested in is f they pay their money each week... And I'm not too sure how often you do surprise inspections... I would say though not often enough.

  2. I agree, our son has been in 2 of these places and I have just moved him into a place of his own. The owner does not care, the only thing he is worried about is collecting the rent each week, he never looks after the homes at all.

  4. I think Stuart thinks he's saving the world...….helping the homeless...addressing a housing problem off his own volition ...out of his own pocket and so on. Somewhat delusional. I feel the pain of all affected by these shit-houses. Take control of your situation prospective tenants …..there is only voluntary homelessness in Australia. These are just safe "in-rejecting rooms" (LOL).....
